Facility Services IT Support packages are aimed to simplify the way clients utilise IT Support services. As we understand that every client has individual needs we tailor each support solution to meet their requirements.

However, there are many standard components to our packages including:

  • Unlimited remote support
  • On-site support
  • 24/7 call logging service
  • Remote monitoring
  • A dedicated Account Manager
  • A dedicated Senior Engineer
  • Liaising with third party suppliers on your behalf
  • Management of Anti-Virus and Backups
  • Same day on-site response for all system down calls

Detailed below are example packages. Please note that any level of SLA (Service Level Agreement) can be factored into a package depending on your needs and what is right for your business. Packages can also be changed as and when required e.g. cover for weekend work.

Package 1 (Gold)

  • Single Site
  • 1 Server
  • Up to 15 Network Devices (PC’s, Printers, Laptops, PDA’s)
  • All Routers, Switches, Firewalls
  • Maximum 1 hour remote response
  • Next day on-site response

Package 1 (Platinum)

  • Single Site
  • 1 Server
  • Up to 15 Network Devices (PC’s, Printers, Laptops, PDA’s)
  • All Routers, Switches, Firewalls
  • Maximum 1 hour remote response
  • Maximum 4 hour on-site response

£500 p/m

Support Package 2 (Gold)

  • Single site or Multi Site
  • 2 Servers
  • Up to 25 Network Devices (PC’s, Printers, Laptops, PDA’s)
  • All Routers, Switches, Firewalls
  • Maximum 1 hour remote response
  • Maximum Next day on-site response

£450 p/m

Support Package 2 (Platinum)

  • Single site or Multi Site
  • 2 Servers
  • Up to 25 Network Devices (PC’s, Printers, Laptops, PDA’s)
  • All Routers, Switches, Firewalls
  • Maximum 1 hour remote response
  • Maximum 4 hour on-site response

£600 p/m

Please note. All example packages are based on Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 18:00pm 24/7, 365 can be achieved.
